Will my buyers see the Ankaso brand?
Never. Ankaso is a fully white-label platform. Your logo, your colors and your domain are the only visible elements. Your buyers think they're on your own website.
Do I need to buy a domain name to get started?
No, it's completely optional. Every agency gets a free subdomain (e.g. your-agency.ankaso.fr) that's enough to put your website online in 5 minutes, no technical setup. You can switch to your own domain (e.g. www.your-agency.com) later, when you're ready.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, from the Starter plan. You configure your domain (e.g. www.martin-realty.com) in minutes with our DNS setup guide. Otherwise, the free your-agency.ankaso.fr subdomain stays available at no extra cost.
How many property types can I publish?
You can publish land, houses, villas, apartments and parking spaces. Each property type has its own specific fields.
How does the moderation workflow work?
Your agents create listings that enter a "Pending" status. As administrator, you approve or reject them (with a reason) from the back-office. Only approved listings are visible to buyers.
How are photos managed?
Photos are uploaded directly to AWS S3 (or MinIO in dev) via presigned URLs, without going through our servers. Loading is ultra-fast and storage is secure.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When downgrading, your data is preserved but features from the higher plan are no longer accessible.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Plans are monthly with no commitment. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
Is the platform available worldwide?
Yes. Ankaso is designed to work anywhere in the world. The interface supports multiple languages and all currencies.
Does the storefront work without an internet connection?
Yes. Ankaso is a PWA (Progressive Web App) with a cache-first strategy. Listings that have been viewed remain accessible offline, and navigation stays smooth even on an unstable or 2G network. Your buyers can also install the storefront like a native app on their phone, without going through an app store.
What are the anti-fraud badges?
The "Verified title" and "Agency visited" badges are awarded by the Ankaso team after verifying the property title deed or conducting a physical visit of the property. They appear directly on the listing page and reassure buyers in markets where real estate scam risk is high. The verification date is displayed for full transparency.
How does the AI chatbot on my storefront work?
An AI assistant is automatically integrated into your storefront (floating widget on the listing page and property detail pages). It answers buyer questions in real time, helps them define their project (budget, property type, location, timeline) and guides them toward matching listings. It is available 24/7 with no intervention needed from your team.
Can I use my own AI / my own key?
AI-generated descriptions are included free from the Starter plan: just enter a property's characteristics and the AI (Llama model hosted by Ankaso) writes the title, description and key selling points. On the Pro plan, you can also connect your own API key and pick your premium model — Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini (BYOK, Bring Your Own Key) — for unlimited use with the AI of your choice.
How does installment payment tracking work?
You can attach a payment schedule to a sale directly from the back-office. Set the number of installments, amounts and due dates. Each payment received is recorded and the dashboard shows in real time the total amount paid, the balance due and the full payment history for each sold property.
